Join award-winning poet, author and educator Jaspreet Kaur as she starts the day with her inspirational spoken word poetry. Since sharing her story of how poetry saved her life on a TED stage in 2017, Jaspreet has performed her poetry on stages across the country, including for the royal family at the Royal Albert Hall, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Wembley Stadium and on this day, with the Rising Festival.

More and more women in the UK are leading companies, sitting on boards and founding companies. In particular, there has been a surge in the number of young women setting up companies. But at the same time, there is a crisis in the well-being of young women – young women in their early 20s are three times as likely as young men to suffer from stress, anxiety and depression.
