Hello, I'm Lily Cheng, the Founder of the Rising Network
Hello, I'm Lily Cheng, and I'm honoured to share the story behind The Rising Network.
It all started back in December 2012 when I found myself at a crossroads in my career. Working tirelessly in the tech industry, I couldn't shake the feeling of isolation and doubt. Despite my passion for technology, the lack of female role models and leaders left me questioning my path.
I longed for a space where I could connect with other women facing similar challenges—a community where stories were shared, connections formed, and growth celebrated. But no matter where I looked, I couldn't find the community I craved.
Fueled by this frustration, I embarked on a journey to create something different. Something that would empower women to thrive both personally and professionally, without compromise. Thus, The Rising Network was born.
Since then, The Rising Network has become a beacon of support, inspiration, and empowerment for women across diverse industries and backgrounds. It's a place where dreams are nurtured, confidence is cultivated, and resilience is celebrated.
Together, we've built a community where women can flourish in their careers while prioritising their health and well-being. It's been an incredible journey, filled with ups and downs, but every moment has been worth it.
As we continue to grow and evolve, I invite you to join us on this empowering journey. Together, let's redefine success, break down barriers, and rise to new heights.
