Sarah Reakes

With over 20 years of marketing and brand strategy experience, Sarah has left her mark on blue-chip multinationals like Colgate-Palmolive and Nestlé, as well as leading advertising agencies like Publicis and JWT. Her journey began with United Biscuits in the UK and has taken her across the globe, shaping campaigns for household names. As a pivotal member of KISS since 2011, Sarah continues to drive impactful projects, offering fresh insights and strategic direction across various industries.

Dr Dupe Burgess 

Founder & CEO, Bloomful 

Dr Dupe Burgess is an award-winning entrepreneur, speaker and thought leader in women’s health. She worked as a medical doctor for seven years before transitioning into the top consulting firm BCG, using data to solve complex problems for health companies. She then started Bloomful with a mission to streamline and personalise the delivery of women’s gynaecological healthcare.

She has since secured funding from angel investors and corporate giants including KPMG and Google. As a driven and tenacious leader and a proud advocate of women, Dupe has a vision to meaningfully address gender and health inequity and improve women’s well-being, creating a happier and more equitable world for women.

Dr Dawn Arda

Science Research Writer

Dawn Arda is a Science Research Writer who specialises in Health and Nutrition. She studied Natural Sciences and Chemical Engineering to PhD at the University of Cambridge, and worked for over ten years at a Research Consultancy, researching hundreds of different projects for large multinational food and health companies. She also has a diploma in Nutrition and is currently completing a Health Coaching qualification.

She has spent the last several years researching and writing a book on how to improve health and prevent disease through diet, taking a holistic approach and using food as medicine.

She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. Her aim is to write a series of health and lifestyle books, in order to help people achieve their health goals and improve their overall wellness.

Prof. Dame Lesley Regan DBE

Imperial College London

Dame Lesley Regan is Professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Imperial College at St Mary’s campus, she has chaired Wellbeing of Women since 2020, hosting webinars and debates on many aspects of women’s health across the span of the life course in order to promote funding for the charity’s research, education and advocacy programmes.

Professor Regan is a globally recognised authority in women’s health, having been President of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists from 2016 to 2019 and Honorary Secretary of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) from 2018-2023.

In June 2022, Dame Lesley became the first ever Women’s Health Ambassador for England. Her role involves collaborating with the government, voluntary and charitable sectors to shape and support the implementation of the Women’s Health Strategy. The strategy is an ambitious 10-year plan to improve the health outcomes and wellbeing of all girls and women. The year 1 priorities have focussed on improving access to care, bridging health disparities, and confronting the many taboos surrounding common gynaecological problems such as heavy painful periods, fertility, pregnancy loss, menopause, pelvic floor problems and the importance of providing long-acting reversible contraception and safe abortion care.

She has written best-selling books on pregnancy and miscarriage to provide women with vital information to empower them to recognise when they need to seek help and ensure that their problems are resolved swiftly allowing them to get on with their daily lives.
