The network champions women in leadership, advocates for diversity and inclusivity, and creates communities focused on the holistic wellbeing of individuals. To date, the Rising Network has attracted over 35,000 participants and delivered a powerful impact, engaging individuals and fostering a thriving, diverse community. 

In addition to her work with the Rising Network, Lily serves as a mentor and passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With extensive experience in marketing for tech companies, she brings a wealth of expertise in crafting high-impact strategies and immersive events that drive positive change. Her work spans multiple industries, enabling her to create innovative approaches to brand development, partnerships, and community building.
