Chantal TaylorĀ
Group Head of HR at TTP plc
British-born with roots in India, Chantal Taylor has enjoyed an international career, living and working in the US, India, Switzerland, and the UK.
With an academic grounding in biological and social sciences from the University of Oxford, she then pursued an interest in how people shape successful businesses.
Starting her career in 2000 at Procter & Gamble, she held various roles of increasing responsibility, moving between HR business partnership, including experience in major global acquisitions and driving change, and specialist roles in Sales, Learning & Development, Labour Relations, and Reward.
Chantal moved to Cambridge when she joined AstraZeneca in 2015 as VP HR for Global Product & Portfolio Strategy. While supporting the global commercial leadership team, her primary focus was to identify future talent and offer them career acceleration opportunities. She then moved into the R&D part of the business, leading HR for Early Clinical Development and Early-Stage Oncology, and rekindling her love of science.
Two children later, Chantal joined TTP Group, an independent and employee-owned product development company operating at the cutting edge of technology. It is a powerhouse of creativity where scientists and engineers of all disciplines come together to solve challenging problems, invent new technologies, and develop successful ventures. There she leads the People function and, as a board director, enjoys strategic and fiduciary responsibilities for the broader business.
