A guide and tips for submitting a short video for the Rising Festival 2024

Video Guidelines:
Video Length and Basics:
- Duration: Aim for a video length of 60-90 seconds.
- Format: Film in portrait for better compatibility across platforms. The ideal
vertical video dimension is made in portrait with a 9:16 aspect ratio and the ideal dimensions being 1080×1920 pixels.
For longer video (5 minutes or longer): Film in landscape (16:9) for better compatibility across platforms such as YouTube.
Introduction:
- Begin with a statement about the area you'll be addressing, a relevant quote, or a common question or problem your audience might face.
Brief Introduction:
- Provide a brief introduction about yourself and your area of expertise. How do you help people, or what do you specialize in?
Insight or Advice:
- Share your top tip related to your area of expertise. This could be a personal or professional tip, or a recommendation (e.g., book, podcast) that has influenced you.
Call to Action:
- Conclude with an invitation for viewers to join you at the Rising Festival 2024. Encourage them to book their tickets at therisingnetwork.com. If you are a VIP ticket holder, you can also book a 1-2-1 session with me at the festival.
